Watch fine, charger dock unserviceable

On delivery the watch was easy to set up and worked satisfactorily for about the first month when the charging dock failed. The usb connector separated from the plastic dock and would no longer charge the watch.
Whilst the watch is of robust construction the charging dock is flimsy and failed under normal usage. I have been unable to obtain a replacement either under warranty or on the open market.
